The 21 year old has been matured entirely in the tropical climate of Jamaica and weaves classic subtle tropical funk with dried fruits, coffee and spice characters.The pinnacle of Appleton’s current offering is perhaps the 25-year-old Joy Anniversary Blend, a rich, complex combination of rums aged for between 25 and 35 years.

Appleton Special is a fine, medium-bodied golden rum, made up of full-flavoured traditional pot still rums and lighter character modern column still rums.
